Competitive Swimmers
If you're a swimmer chasing faster times, you know the gym matters as much as the pool. I specialize in sprint swimming — 50m and 100m freestyle — and I bring both my competitive swimming and kinesiology background to every program.

Recent work
I currently coach a top Hong Kong professional swimmer remotely. He trains in the Netherlands, and we work together through weekly check-ins, custom programming, and video analysis.
At the recent HK Sports Institute time trial — the qualifier for the Asian Games — he won gold in both the 50m freestyle and 50m butterfly.
